2009中国光电产业高层论坛嘉宾,光通信专题论坛演讲题目:“The Challenge of Nanotechnology in Photo-electronics  光电子中纳米技术的挑战”


Abstract:

Nanotechnology is introduced as a general term for activities at the level ofatoms and molecules (about 1/80,000th of a human hair). This paper mainlyfocuses on the technologies of MEMS, Quantum dot, photo crystal, wave-guideintegration applied in the optical and wireless communication. The weight,size, power consumption, and production costs of devices and systems have beenreduced significantly by using  nanotechnology.

摘 要: 

      纳米技术应用于原子和分子级(大约为人的头发的8万分之一)的技术操作中,本文主要讨论应用于光通讯和无线通讯的MEMS、量子点、光子晶体以及波导集成。纳米技术的使用可以大大减少器件以及系统的重量、尺寸、功耗并降低生产成本。

Lisa Tongning Li,Biography

Lisa Tongning Li ,received her B.S and M.S degree from the Optical and Laser technology department, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, in 1982 and 1984 respectively. From 1988 to 1991, she was  a visiting researcher at the Institute of High Frequency and Quantum Electronics, Karlsruhe University in Germany. From 1994 to 1999 she was the Chief Engineer of a join venture company, Wuhan Telecommunication Devices Company.  Since 1999 she has been the GM and Sr. VP Engineering at InPhenix.  Ms. Li specializes in the research, development and manufacture of  InP and GaAs opto-electronics devices for medical, fiber sensor, defense, telecom and industrial applications.

李同宁简介:

  李同宁,于1982年和1984年分别获得华中理工大学光学和激光技术系工学学士和工学硕士学位。1988至1991 年,李同宁在德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学 高频和量子电子研究院做访问研究员。1994年至1999年,李同宁为武汉电信器件有限公司总工。自1999年至今,李同宁英担任Inphenix公司总经理和资深总工。李同宁精于磷化铟和GaAs光电子器件的研究、开发和生产。这些光电子器件广泛应用于医疗、光纤传感、国防和工业。
